Staff are very helpfull and friendly
Gourmet prices are relatively high
The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Great variety of restaurants within the hotel. Good breakfast buffet.
This hotel contains several nightclubs and very loud noise can be heard until 3-4 am in the morning. This location may be good for those who want to party but good luck trying to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything coming from next door rooms, including their vey private noises. The only reason I stayed there for more than a week was because of the proximity to the Rashid Hospital where my father was being treated.
very quite and comfort
cleanliness was the best point of ramee royal hotel
noisy two disco was the worst point
smell is bad everywhere in the hotel. dirty bed & pillows.lady staff was not friendly at all. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. worst place i have ever seen.
the night club underneath my room. It was very loud till 3 or 4 am
Excellent equipment/ Facilities & Great Value of money.
My room was just on top of nosiy Dancing hall. Could not sleep all night.
The hotel ambience is good,,,
During evening until midnight we heared noise from the bar,,,, our room was located at 2nd floor but still we can hear noise from the bar which is located at upper floor (4 floor),,, but the hotel itself is realy great:-)
I liked design of the hotel, cleanliness, and quiet the staff and their willingness to help
I note that some hotel rooms affected by the breastplate of disco music, which directly cause inconvenience and discomfort for the guests and this is what we faced and I hope that the procedure is solving the problem and apologize for openness
House keeping/cleaning wasn't good.
Noise, No respect for humanity. The hotel must be derated to 2 stars. It was a horrible experience - there are so many nightclubs in the hotel and they are extremely loud with lots of bass so you can hear it and feel it in your room throughout the night, the rooms were vibrating until 3:30. Voices of couples having sex was very loud. The receptionist informed me that she will ask the guy and his GIRLFRIEND to show some respect but they continued. I had to leave with my kids as they keep asking me: Why the woman was shouting? Is she pregnant delivering a baby? Swimming pool was under maintenance during all my stay. It was very small and not suitable even if it is working The hotel it's Like a little Indian community where others are ignored! Totally unacceptable. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend friends.
I will not think of staying in this hotel again. I booked the room through booking .com for double room but upon arrival, they gave me single room. Front office staff is very rude.
Staff is v good room service is good
Noisy a little
i like only their rooms
the behavior of the staff was very bad especially the securities they are illiterate and this not the way to behave with their guest and to their friends who is coming to meet them in the hotel. I am an regular traveller to Dubai for one or two days and mostly stays in City Max which is a very beautiful hotel but this time just for a change i tried Ramee Royal which they mention as a 4 star hotel but my opinion this is not even a 2 star very very bad experience
The Hotel is more Indian...
They tell lie about providing extra beds.... They charge exorbitant amount for immediate booking of rooms...
